Hello! My name is Heather and I have been a Board Certified (NCBTMB #52716-07) and CA Certified (#1570) Massage Therapist since 2006. I am located in Orange County and specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage for post-surgical healing, pre and postnatal, and overall wellness.

Ever since I was a child, I have been unceasingly fascinated by the human body and all its endless capabilities. This fascination, paired with my love of helping others, led me to massage therapy. In 2017, after carrying and delivering twins myself, I experienced first hand the importance of loving support and care to women, especially during the pre and postnatal period, and then beyond! Naturally, I decided to focus my efforts on supporting women through specialized lymphatic care.

My clients experience reduced inflammation, bruising, and scarring;  a speedier recovery; and an overall improvement in their well-being.

I have completed the Academy of Lymphatic Studies Manual Lymphatic Drainage class and have been taught and mentored by Angelica, owner of Angelz Spa, since the beginning of 2022 in advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Post Surgery techniques.
